To create success in all areas of your life, you must pay attention to your health. Being unhealthy can make it difficult to accomplish great things in other areas of your life. When you feel bad, it is hard to be positive and productive. To maintain your health, it is important that you follow a healthy diet full of clean whole foods.

While I was immediately impressed by the nutritional profile of quinoa, I must admit that I was skeptical about the taste. The carbohydrates are low glycemic, meaning they are the healthy type of carbohydrates. While most grains offer an incomplete protein, the protein content of quinoa is considered complete. This is thanks to the fact that all of the essential amino acids are present. Quinoa is also a superstar when it comes to its fiber content. A one cup serving has 5 grams of fiber. By teaming quinoa with black bean recipes, you can meet all of your fiber requirements at once.
Quinoa can be enjoyed in many different ways because it is so versatile. In the winter, I love to make a quinoa soup. In the spring and summer, there are few things I enjoy more than a cold quinoa salad. It is also delicious in the morning as a warm quinoa cereal. Quinoa is great in place of most any grain.
