10 Fat burning tips

Having the right fat burning tips is vital for lowering your body fat percentage and getting lean and toned. It can mean the difference between succeeding and failing. And with all the conflicting weight loss advice that are available these days, it hard to separate the good from the bad. That’s why I have made this list of the top 10 fat burning tips that are sure to have you burning fat in no time.

1. Weight train

If you train with weights you will be building lean muscle mass that burns a lot of fat to make room for the new muscles.

2. Do interval training

Interval cardio training is one of the best ways to do cardio as it burns the most fat of any cardio exercise. Chose between the eliptical fitness machine or the mini stepper exerciser. My favorite is the eliptical.

3. Eat fat burning food

There is lots of food out there that actually burns fat. Make sure that you eat a lot of those.

4. Train on an empty stomach

Exercising first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is a great way to fire up your metabolism and burn fat.

5. Get in as much free exercise

The more free exercise you get in the more calories and fat you will burn. This type of exercise would include taking the stairs instead of the lift, to walk your dog and to mow your own lawn.

6. Drink lots of water

It is shown that a glass of water can increase the metabolism. A faster metabolism means that more fat will be burned than before.

7. Decrease your calorie intake

If you consume fewer calories you will start to lose weight and you will also burn more fat. Just don’t restrict your calories too much.

8. Use supplements

A supplement or two can help you to burn more fat. Just make sure that you take the necessary precautions.

9. Drink green tea

Green tea breaks down excess fat and also helps less fat to be stored in the body. Be sure to have a few classes of green tea every day.

10. Don’t stress

When you stress too much, your body produces too much of the hormone cortisol. Excess cortisol leads to excess fat being stored in the body. So destress by taking a calming yoga class or by doing some meditation.

Implementing the above tips into your life will ensure that you lower your body fat percentage and get more defined and toned. Make sure that you follow a regular exercise and diet plan. Just stay motivated, dedicated and never give up.
