How to Get Rid of Your Man-Boobs

Are you sick and tired of seeing those man-boobs whenever you look at the mirror? Do you want to get rid of your chest fats badly and replace them with a hard and toned Pecs? Well, if so, then you need a super set workout (which means doing one exercise after another without taking a rest in between) that consists of the exercises here listed. Bulking up fast is easy, you just need to do eight to ten reps of these routines in super sets and you are sure to build chest muscles in no time. Here are the exercises that you need to perform in no particular order;

1.) Barbell Overhead Press and Pull Ups – Grab a barbell off the rack. Stand up straight with legs shoulder width apart, lift the barbell over your head with both your palms faced forward. Once your elbows reaches its full extension, lower the barbell at about collarbone level and return it on the rack. After that, head immediately towards the pull ups bar. Use a wide grip with your palms facing towards you and then slowly lift yourself up and remember to resist the pull of gravity as you go and lower yourself back down.

2.) Dumbbell Incline and Cable Row – Lie on an inclined bench with a pair of dumbbells on both hands. Press the weight up and when you reach the full extension of your arms, slowly lower the weight back into the starting position. After that, go over to the upright cable row immediately. Hold the bar with a wide grip and pull it towards your sternum. Hold it there for a few counts then bring it back into the starting position.

3.) Dumbbell Press and Cable Row – This is basically just like that of exercise #2, but this time you do your usual dumbbell press on a flat bench; instead of an inclined bench and immediately follow it up with an upright cable row pull.
