It is about time that someone provides us, the modern men, with a wallet that we can actually use. The traditional bifold, trifold, and similar model of wallets are just inappropriate for the things that we put inside our wallets. The Buxton wallet is the ‘new age’ wallet since its build deviates from the normal one. People nowadays tend to use credit cards more than cash, thus the need for wallets with a lot of card pockets. So why not just buy a credit card wallet? To help you answer that question, here are some things you should know about a Buxton wallet and why it is more than just a wallet:
It is zipped shut
This promotes safety for the contents of your wallet which I assume will not only be credit and debit cards but very important identification cards as well such as your driver’s license and social security card which if lost, could cause a lot of problems. Unlike other wallets where you just fold them or you just close the latch, a Buxton wallet has zippers making it impossible for your contents to accidentally fall out of your wallet.
Two separate compartments
This is how a Buxton wallet differs from a credit card wallet. Credit card wallets (as its name implies) are just for cards. Buxton wallets on the other hand have two compartments—one for the cards, and another separate one for cash, receipts, and other small papers that are important to the owner. Both of the compartments have zippers so both of your cash and plastics are safe.
Very convenient
The compartments are not that tight compared to credit card wallets and other wallets that have card compartments. Each card has its own slot and there is generous space inside the wallet to easily scan through the cards. You can take each card off its slot very easily. The same goes with the cash/paper compartment. There is a slot for cash and there is another one for the receipts and other important papers. The ID window at the back is also a very convenient way to show your ID if needed.
Stuffy but small
The inside of a Buxton wallet is stuffy but you do not have to sacrifice carrying a bulky item in your wallet. It may have a lot of space inside but it is also surprisingly slim.
