Methods to Jump Higher

Man has a fantasy to fly, for his fantasy to fly gave the Wright brothers the inspiration to invent the first known aircraft ever to defy gravity in. Well sad to say we’re not the Wright brothers that we can come up with something that could take us higher and I guess not everyone is not rich enough to buy himself an aircraft, some of us may have experience flying by riding an airplane when we travel, but I’m talking about flying in the form of learning how to jump higher.

So I think the closest thing we could ever get to a feeling of flying is through jumping. What can we do to know how it feels to be up there high above the rim? The best thing I can think of is training your vertical jump, but to know how it feels we should be able to jump high enough, higher than our usual jump which actually might not be that high at all, so we improvise and find equipment that will give us the highest jump we can achieve. For some they do exercises which enables them to jump higher, they strengthen the muscles on their legs and hips by employing some movements that can develop muscles and i9nreturn will give them ability to jump higher, some put weights on their ankles they wear this while doing some jumping exercises makes their muscles adapt to a heavier weight and by the moment they take the weight off there will be a drastic change in the way they jump.

And when your are really not into exercising and training your body there are equipments that you could use to jump higher ones that uses the weight of your body to push you back on the air these equipments have spring like ability like the one used in diving boards.
